  Very helpful with trainers, good selection available. Lots of information to help you choose the right pair for your needs and running style, you can even try them out on the pavement outside. You may be able to buy cheaper on line, although I bought mine in their sale at a very similar price, but here you can try for size and fit. No messing around with returns etc. so probably cheaper and easier in the long run. Recommended. Like all local shops, use them or lose them.
