  The most disappointed I’ve ever been after buying a pasty. I threw it in the bin after 3 bites and went to ‘Tasty Pasties’ up the road (SO much better). It didn’t even look like a traditional pasty, the crust was crimped along the top and thin so if you enjoy the pastry you’ll be very disappointed. Hardly any taste to it, in fact it tasted burned even though it didn’t look burned, really dry pastry. It was quite a large pasty, a lot of filling, for all I know it could’ve been packed out with potato, I couldn’t say because I only got part the way in before getting rid, I hate wasting food but there was no way I was putting myself through that just for the sake of it. It’s a disgrace that there are Holiday makers that have never had a proper pasty before and buy one of these thinking they’re getting a good deal because it’s a weighty pasty. DON’T BOTHER, they don’t know what they’re doing, they’re taking advantage of being in a prime spot often being the first bakery people see heading into the centre and they can’t do us the respect of selling us pasties the way most other places can manage.
