Terrible customer service, if you can afford to throw £35 in the sea, it's the place for you ! Basically they spun braded line on my reel without tying it on properly, line plus Joey mackerel plug, Gone! £35 ! You will never smell another penny of mine, let alone get your hands on it, weather your here on holiday or a local, use a reputable online supplier for bait and takle. One that doesn't try n lie there way out of a mistake. Tried sorting this 3 times, on 3 visits to the shop !!
